Website templates are digital products and are not delivered as standalone downloadable files. Templates are installed directly into the customer’s WordPress environment. Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 business days after the customer provides the required access to their WordPress dashboard.
Hosting Setup
Website hosting services may include initial setup, configuration, or migration of an existing website. Delivery timelines for hosting services may vary depending on the complexity of the setup and any third-party dependencies.
Website Support Services
Website support services are fulfilled based on submitted requests and typically completed within 1–2 business days. Response and completion times may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the request.
All services requiring access to a website or hosting environment are dependent on the customer providing accurate and timely access credentials. Delays in providing access may result in delays in delivery.
AJT Digital Designs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or incomplete customer information.
3. License & Usage
All website templates and digital assets provided by AJT Digital Designs are licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal or client projects.
You may modify the template as needed for your own use or for use on a client’s website. However, you may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template or any included files
Use the template to create competing website templates or products for sale
Make the template publicly available in any form, whether free or paid
Claim ownership of the original design or structure
Each purchase is intended for use on a single website. If you plan to use the template across multiple projects or websites, additional purchases are required.
AJT Digital Designs reserves the right to revoke access to products or services in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

Website templates are provided as pre-built designs and are intended to be customized by the customer. Purchase of a template does not include custom design work, content updates, or ongoing support unless explicitly stated.
AJT Digital Designs may provide access to licensed third-party tools and themes, including but not limited to WordPress themes and plugins such as Elementor Pro. These tools are governed by their respective developers and may receive updates or changes outside of our control.
We are not responsible for issues, errors, or incompatibilities caused by third-party software, updates, or modifications made by the customer or other parties.
Additional services, including website setup, hosting, and ongoing support, are available for purchase separately.
Support services are provided based on submitted requests and are subject to availability. While we aim to respond and complete requests in a timely manner, response and completion times may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the request.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their website, including providing accurate login credentials when support or setup services are required.
Continued functionality of the website is dependent on proper maintenance, updates, and compatibility between third-party tools.
7. Hosting Services
AJT Digital Designs may offer managed website hosting services as an optional add-on. Hosting services may include website setup, server configuration, maintenance, and related support.
Hosting services are provided on a recurring billing basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and must be kept current to maintain active service.
Initial setup or migration timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the website and any third-party dependencies.
While we strive to provide reliable and secure hosting, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside of our control, including third-party service providers.
Hosting environments may include routine backups for internal use; however, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of website content. AJT Digital Designs is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or performance issues resulting from third-party systems, user actions, or external factors.
Customers retain ownership of their website content. Hosting services provide access to server infrastructure and related support only.
Failure to maintain an active hosting subscription may result in suspension or removal of the website from our hosting environment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJT Digital Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, website downtime, or technical issues resulting from third-party software, hosting providers, or user modifications.
In no event shall the total liability of AJT Digital Designs exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Your use of our products and services is at your own risk.
